The PC 1000 forms single wrap, two piece cups for hot and cold liquids, ice cream and other food products. The machine automatically does paper feeding, sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling, rimming, rounding & tripping. It is based on PLC CONTOLLER for rear axle. The machine forms single wrap, two piece cups. The PC1000 delivers a host of engineering innovations to ensure reliable, economical, high speed performance. The machine’s tooling can be quickly changed in about six hours to produce another cup size.

Every single operation in the machine is controlled by Automatic Sensor Control System. Though rare, in the event of any malfunction during the manufacturing process of forming cups, the machine will automatically switch off. This ensures long life for the spares of the machine. An easy to operate, freestanding control panel with graphic operator interface allows for basic machine control while displaying machine output data, defining faults, and providing diagnostic information with trouble shooting direction. The machine can operate for 24 hours uninterruptedly. So as to meet unpredictable demands for mass production. The mould system can be replaced with different sizes so as to enable the machine to manufacture several cup sizes ranging from 100ml to 330 ml.
