The company's commitment towards quality has always been the driving force behind its success and growth since its inceptions and it will continue to be its guideline in the future. We are guided by a stringent set of quality control policy. According to it, we keep strict vigil over quality from the procurement of the raw materials to the final product.

Quality Control is not an additional in our manufacturing process. It is an integral part of it. No cup comes out without passing through the QC dept. We ensure all our core objectives are strictly met. Our QC lab is equipped with all instruments like Micro-Meter, Scale, Venire Caliper etc. For Sealing Bacteria, regular analysis is done by a Govt. approved Laboratory.

• The raw-material is checked to ensure that the sheet thickness meets the specifications.


• The cups are randomly and regularly checked manually for various parameters such as weight, volume, thickness, shape etc.


• The print on the body of the cup is checked for visual and grammatical defects.


• The cups are subject to leak tests using both hot and cold beverages to ensure leak-proof cups.


• Great care is taken while stacking the cups to ensure correct numbers per pack.
